Bought the carpet in may and was told that installation would be done as soon as the weather allowed for it, called multiple times over the summer and it was finally installed in October, IN THE SNOW! Once they finally got it installed they left the faces of the steps unfinished, terrible service and terrible end product, would definitely recommend using a different installer.

Horrible installers. Company reps says bad install not their fault just the quality of installers these days so installation is only as good as the installers and nothing more Giant Don's can offer. Still working to resolve seams showing. Very disappointing experience. I had a way better install last year with Lowe's 3rd party installers.

First off we didn't know the installers were going to start on Friday and leave my house in disarray until Monday. Then the installers showed up after 12pm, left about 4pm and didn't even complete the two rooms they were scheduled to complete. Had we known this we would have waited until next week where we could have had two consecutive days for the work to be finished. Not happy with this.

My name is Bobby I lost my home and 3 beautiful dogs on Father's Day last year due to a fire, I went to Giant Don"s for some Carpet for my new home with a low Budget. They Personally showed me what carpet that was available for my budget they gave me some of their Best Carpet at their Cost...They Looked out for Me Personally. Salesmen and women were pleasant knowledgeable and helpful. Even after hours I was helped with last minute needs. All unused materials were returned with no hassles . I would highly recommend American flooring!!

Scheduled an estimate with them and had a great experience with their designer who had to come out instead of the usual estimators. Dayna did a great job and listened to all my concerns and requests. She chose a great contractor as well. They made everything so easy and I even got some significant money back for extra work that didnt end up needing to be done. Dayna made herself entirely available and stayed super late just to make sure the transaction went through after a hiccup with my bank. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs their flooring job handled with outstanding customer service.

Staff was knowledgeable and had great communication. They were very understanding and helpful when I needed to reschedule the carpet installation a couple of times due to moving complications. Love the Alaska Air mile promotion!
